First off–I love the aesthetic of your iMindmap, and am surprised its taken all quarter for one of us to use this site. Secondly–I appreciate your point about seeing the strengths in cultivating a smaller, more sincere personal learning community. Mine is similarly small, and I went through a “crisis” period during this class when I wondered if my PLE and chances for building social capital were forever doomed. I think though, that cultivating a smaller community with a lot of depth is, at least for me I’ve realized, way more beneficial than straining and rushing to inorganically cultivate a community based on breadth.
